Aiding and abetting the periodically frantic life in the Gildersleeve home was family cook and housekeeper Birdie Lee Coggins (Lillian Randolph). Although in the first season, under writer Levinson, Birdie was often portrayed as saliently less than bright, she slowly developed as the real brains and caretaker of the household under writers John Whedon, Sam Moore and Andy White. In many of the later episodes Gildersleeve has to acknowledge Birdie’s commonsense approach to some of his predicaments. By the early 1950s, Birdie was heavily depended on by the rest of the family in fulfilling many of the functions of the household matriarch, whether it be giving sound advice to an adolescent Leroy or tending Marjorie’s children. By the late 1940s, Marjorie slowly matures to a young woman of marrying age. During the 9th season (September 1949-June 1950) Marjorie meets and marries (May 10) Walter “Bronco” Thompson (Richard Crenna), star football player at the local college. The event was popular enough that Look devoted five pages in its May 23, 1950 issue to the wedding. After living in the same household for a few years with their twin babies Ronnie and Linda, the newlyweds move next door to keep the expanding Gildersleeve clan close together. Leroy, aged 10–11 during most of the 1940s, is the all-American boy who grudgingly practices his piano lessons, gets bad report cards, fights with his friends and cannot remember to not slam the door. Although he is loyal to his Uncle …

Ibis came to Salmon Idaho Cyclery on August 3rd 2010. A posse of Salmon riders led by Max took the Mojo SLs and Mojo HDs up to the Powderhouse Gulch Trail for a few shuttle runs. This video is of the first run.

It seems that Carl Gallups and his inbred cronies at the PPSimmons channel have been up to their disgusting old tricks during my absence and so it looks like it’s business as usual. I should point out that while I was away PPSimmons had their channel falsely flagged and taken down by YouTube but then subsequently restored. I don’t know what happened, but saw that a lot of fundies (Cockshite included) were blaming it on atheists. While that’s certainly possible, it’s also equally likely that the culprit was someone who was offended by the racist propaganda being peddled by these filthy scumbags. In any case, it obviously was unjustified because they managed to get their channel reinstated, so I just want to make it clear here that I find this kind of censoring behavior just as (and possibly more) abhorrent than the material in question. While I think that PPSimmons’ videos are both vile and disgusting, suppression is unacceptable and the proper response is to pwn the living shit out of them to show them up for what they really are. If anyone at the PPSimmons channel happens to read this then I would like you to know that if this happens again I will be willing to mirror a video for you to publicize your plight, no matter how distasteful doing so would be to me. Anyway, apparently Carl et al. have been dumpster diving again at the Institute for Creation Research and came across an “article” about the discovery of the putative magnetoreceptor mechanism in salmon …

Not into motivational content? Please move to a different video instead of leaving dislikes and negativity. It is difficult for some people to learn new concepts. Learn to love and be loved. Do your purpose in life, the daydream that’s affected you in life, the ONE that has affected you knowing the POSITIVE effects your purpose can do to affect bringing real hope to this life. This could be your moment, live it, in love, make every moment matter. This is a piece that shows two sides to life, the decision to think or not to think. When you think you can create great improvements to your life and the lives of others, if not, you are causing the problems to get worse, it’s up to you. You must make a choice, as making no choice is choosing to let things do the opposite of improving. Some people, some companies, some entities have lost their way. They have missed the heart of their real intentions which once were good, which can be again. Not sure what state of being you’re in now? Are you on the farm or in the city? Do you claim to be doing your whole purpose in this life? … or do you deny that there is purpose though you’ve stated it in your own life’s policies. When the company violates trust it’s time for new training manuals.Utilization helps in improving the policy for the holder. Otherwise, the defection happens because cookie-cutter works only for a while.
